With 2016 now behind us, the Crucial Data Solutions team is looking forward to some exciting developments slated for this year. As we continue to cultivate customer success, here are just a few noteworthy events on the horizon in 2017:
- Set to be released early in the first quarter, TrialKit™ will feature an iOS exclusive native mobile app that can be downloaded to build and/or manage a study or downloaded by patients to participate in a study. For the first time, clinical professionals can conduct trials from start to finish using only iOS devices – no programming expertise needed.
- By March, TrialKit Coder will have integrated the updated WHODrug dictionary format. This update adopts WHODrug’s new B3/C3 format, which will replace the B2 format and the C format. The B3/C3 formats are designed to meet regulatory SDTM requirements and recommendations, providing a higher level of specificity in coding.
- Lastly, increased availability of programmable wearable technology will lead to even higher patient participation rates and greater patientricity in the healthcare industry.
