Highlights of 2022 at Crucial Data Solutions

2022 has been another momentous and record-setting year for CDS.  We’ve made considerable strides as a company toward our mission of supporting this industry and the important role you play in advancing treatments so that everyone can achieve a better quality of life. From the growth of our client portfolio and expansion of our team, to the release of two new TrialKit modules and our entrance into the frontier of blockchain technology, our plates have been full with exciting activity. To give you an idea of just a few of this year’s accomplishments we’re excited to share, we:

  1. Increased sales by more than 35%
  2. Grew our full-time employee roster by 13%
  3. Provided TrialKit access to more than 100 different sponsors and CROs around the world
  4. Maintained average technical support response times of under 10 minutes per inquiry 
  5. Formed an industry-first partnership with Triall to integrate its blockchain APIs into TrialKit, realizing the world’s first end-to-end platform of data collection and study management solutions powered by blockchain
  6. Recognized by Everest Group as a Major Contender in its Decentralized Clinical Trial Platforms PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2023
  7. Acknowledged in Clinical Trials Arena’s Excellence Rankings in the Trial Management and the Research & Development categories
  8. Delivered multiple new products and enhancements, such as:
    1. TrialKit Engage, an integrated video conferencing and calendaring tool within TrialKit for scheduling virtual visits and video calls between , site personnel and study participants
    2. TrialKit eTMF, which enables self-service creation, management, and tracking of secure online folders and documents between sites, sponsors and CROs required for electronic submission to regulatory authorities 
    3. Infrastructure upgrades to support unprecedented volumes of data in a validated eClinical platform (i.e., processing billions of records in a single registry)
    4. An upgraded web-user experience for study participants 
    5. An improved, drill-down knowledge base to make self-help within TrialKit even easier
